Grand Theft Auto 5 (GTA V)

The hype of the release date of Grand Theft Auto 5: Los Santos has gone from excitement to discouragement, as the actual release date still hasn't been given! Now we're all asking, "IS this damn game ever coming out?!". There have been several different dates mentioned everywhere from October 2012 all the way to April 2013, when really no one actually knows when the heck it's actually coming out! Game Informer did a 3 page spread of GTA 5 in the January 2012 issue with the release said to be announced. Rockstar has given us this preview trailer to help get us through to the release date.

XCOM: Enemy Unknown comes out On PS3, Xbox 360 and PC on October 9, 2012 in the US and October 12, 2012 Internationally. I think it's is going to be awesome! Check it out..

Black OPs vs. Battlefield 3

I was thinking, and my favorite games to play are Call Of Duty: Black Ops and Battlefield 3. Then, I thought, well they are so much alike, they are both war games and first person shooter, also you can do multiplayer on both games. So, why do I still play them both and which one do I like better?

Well, there are also so many differences, which you probably already know. We'll start wit the ever popular Black Ops. On here, you can do combat mode, which is great and you can play 2 players, which you can't on Battlefield 3 and I like my gaming friends to come over hang out and play. Black Ops multiplayer has kill streaks which are nice for  extra kills too, you can get anything from RC cars and spy planes to mortars, dogs and fighter choppers you control!  There is also the always awesome zombies mode on Black Ops and let's face it..who doesn't love killin some zombies??! The zombie maps are awesome and give you an extra challenge, and it's great when your in the mood to play something different as a 1st shooter. And the guns and graphics are great! The multiplayer is fum as hell too!

Now on to Battlefield 3, this is more different than I originally thought. First, they have maps and modes where you can use tanks and planes, though you can use the Chopper Gunner in black Ops if you have it set on your kill streaks and get enough kills. Battlefield 3 maps are bigger than Black Ops'. The guns here are pretty awesome as well and you have further shooting so you get great use out of your snipers. The tanks also make multiplayer harder because you have all the multiplayer play and you have to watch for tanks shooting at you, but it is fun as hell to destroy one. Battlefield 3 lets you use your gadgets for you class like as an engineer you can fix the tanks and as a medic you can heal quicker which I find is the replacement for the kill streaks on Black Ops.

Overall I would have to say that they are both pretty equally bad ass!! In my opinion, they are the perfect games for first person shooter lovers, and I am one.

Call Of Duty: MW3 Collection 2

So, I just received a tweet from Call Of Duty which states that tomorrow, Thursday, May 18, 2012, they are releasing the COD: MW3 (Modern Warfare 3) Collection 2 Trailer. Below you can see a pic of the MW3 Collection 2. Also tomorrow they are going to give us a sneak peek at two new Face Off Maps that will be hitting Xbox LIVE on Tuesday, May 22, 2012! No mention though when there will be hitting PlayStation Network. Stay tuned tomorrow for more....

Duke Nukem Forever Review

Duke Nukem 3D was released in 1996 and now five years later 3D Realms has made Duke Nukem Forever as a sequel to the popular Duke Nukem 3D. Though the first was a hit, this one is not loved so much with an overall rating of 5.5. While playing this game I would definitely not recommend it for kids under 17! This is also a definite "guys" game. The graphics are better than the 1996 version, but, not impressive, though the game is intended to have an older feel to it. 

In this sequel, the aliens are back with a vengeance, and so is Duke. And Duke is beloved by the world with museums and street statues about him everywhere. But this time the alien creatures are taking Earth's women and using them to reproduce. Of course the extreme woman loving Duke won't stand for this! So, the games main focus is stopping the creatures from taking the women and overall saving the world again from aliens. This time Duke can only carry two guns, but, he does have some pretty cool guns such as the freeze ray and the Ripper.

Call Of Duty 2012 World Reveal!!

So, the new Call Of Duty game is to be revealed May 1st!! Activision has confirmed that the new Call Of Duty will be released in 2012. The May 1st reveal is to be followed with more information the following day (May 2nd) as per leaked marketing material.

Though the title is unknown at this time several leaks, a purchsed website and others suggest that it will be Call Of Duty: Black Ops 2. But, for now I can only consider it a rumor since there is no "official" word confirming the title of the new game yet.


Call Of Duty's Official site is showing a tease about the new game that confirms that the Call Of Duty World Reveal will take place during the NBA Playoffs on TNT May 1st with a counting down clock to the big day. As always it will come out on Xbox 360 first which I hear is to be December 2012, but, have been unable to confirm that. I know I can't wait to see what's next with the always fun COD series!!!
